There is so much joy in sharing yoga with kiddos of all ages. They are so full of excitement — and energy! Introducing a yoga, meditation and breathing practice at a young age has so many benefits, plus we get to do obstacle courses, make animal noises, dress up, wear capes, and use our imagination! Doesn’t get much better than that.

*Have a blast with other kids while they learn new yoga poses, explore breathing techniques, strengthen their bodies and minds, and play games!
